Rates

• One ad listing for one month is $130 for 100 words or fewer. Additional words--$2.85 per word.
• An additional listing of the same ad under another classification is $20.
• A link to another Web Page or "mailto" form for e-mail is $20.

Discounts

Frequency discounts are available for multiple vacancy listing placed within the same month or any other months within a twelve-month period from first insertion.

• 1-time........ $ 130
• 3-times........ $ 115
• 6-times........ $ 100

Billing

Advertisers are billed on the first day of the month of publication. Payment is due within thirty days of the invoice date. In the event that an account becomes sixty days overdue (ninety days from original invoice), the advertiser will be informed in writing that unless payment is received, all scheduled advertising will be cancelled. NAfME employs a collection agency for overdue accounts.

General Conditions

Publisher (NAfME) shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement. The publisher's liability for error will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the error. Publisher reserves the right to alter rates without protection to advertisers on ninety-day notice. Conditions, other than rates, are subject to change by the publisher without notice.

No conditions other than those set forth in this document shall be binding on the publisher unless specifically agreed to in writing by the publisher. All advertising is subject to approval by the publisher and to the tenets specified by this document. Publisher assumes no responsibilities for and will not be liable for any claims made in advertisements. Publisher assumes that all endorsements have been covered by mutual consent.

Publisher shall have the right to hold advertiser and/or its agents jointly and severally liable for such monies that are due and payable to the publisher for advertising that advertiser or its agents ordered and that was published.
